The declaration provides information about data processing carried out by the Data Controller and determines the purpose and means of processing as well as data processing we carry out on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.
Processing personal data is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data can also be used for the following purposes: Sales, contact with customer service, marketing, information, bookkeeping.

Information can be registered and stored when you register at www.GSTgear.no/www.GSTgear.com, when you are in contact with sales and support either via e-mail, chat or when you use our services.
Where do we store information about you - and where do we share information about you with others?
Our e-commerce platform is provided by Mystore.no AS and data is stored in their cloud services at Amazon Cloud Services' (AWS) data center in Ireland.
The data controller also makes use of services provided by 3rd parties.

If you pay with Vipps in the online store (or our physical store), your phone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification.
If you pay with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with Klarna for credit.
If you pay with Paypal in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social will be shared with Paypal.
Gsuite by Google:
Gsuite by Google is used, among other things, for handling e-mail, documents (G Disk). Information is stored in these systems and email correspondence or documents may be stored with Gsuite by Google.
Maimojo is used for email marketing or sending newsletters. Name and email can be shared with Mailmojo.
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visiting patterns are stored.
Fiken is our accounting system and data necessary for bookkeeping is stored here.
Mystore Data Kasse:
We use Mystore Datakasse as a checkout solution in our physical store.
Information related to your order is stored in Mystore Datakasse.
If you pay with Visa or Mastercard in our physical store, personal information such as card number will be sent to Adyen for processing the payment.
Logistra is our supplier of EDI solutions.
When you shop in our online store, information such as name, telephone number and address will be shared with Logistra for the printing of consignment notes and transport labels.
We send packages with Bring and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.
We send packages with Postnord and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.
We send packages with DHL and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.
We send packages with UPS and thus share information related to shipping such as name, phone number and address.
Crall is our system for handling chat correspondence, as well as features such as abandoned shopping carts, birthday greetings and visitor patterns.
Crall.io is also used to send out order confirmations and e-mail, name and address and information related to the order confirmation are thus shared with them. Technology from Crall.io is also used to generate product recommendations. The product recommendations are based on visitor patterns and order history, which is stored for up to a year.
Communication through e-mail and SMS
As a customer, you will be able to receive e-mails and SMS regarding your customer relationship. For example, we will send you e-mails/sms related to orders you have placed, sms with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and consent will not be requested.
We also use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer of the Data Controller, you will receive newsletters at regular intervals, especially if you have given active consent to it. It is possible to unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mails.
Inspection and correction
You have a right to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending an inquiry to Support@gstglobal.no. If the registered information is not correct or is incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Storage and deletion
Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.
